What Are Stem Cells?

Stem cells are the foundation of the body's capacity for self-renewal and repair. Unlike specialized cells, they retain the ability to differentiate into neurons, muscle cells, immune cells, and many other tissue types — making them uniquely powerful tools in regenerative medicine.

All programs at Vellorian Health use mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) manufactured under pharmaceutical-grade cleanroom conditions and subjected to rigorous sterility, viability, and purity testing before clinical use.

In neurological conditions, MSCs exert their therapeutic effects through three principal mechanisms: immunomodulation — suppressing harmful neuroinflammation; neurotrophic support — secreting growth factors that encourage new synaptic connections; and paracrine communication — homing to damaged tissue regions and accelerating the local repair cascade.

High-Quality MSC

Manufactured to European standards with complete sterility, viability, and identity testing at every production stage.

Pharmaceutical Grade

Each batch is quality-tested for purity, viability, and cell identity before clinical use.

Full Traceability

Every step is fully documented with complete pharmacovigilance records and audit trails.

Therapy Areas

Conditions We Treat

Our programs are designed for chronic and developmental conditions affecting different regions of the neurological system.

Autism Spectrum Disorder

Targeted protocols addressing neuroinflammation, gut-brain axis dysfunction, and oxidative stress — with measurable improvements in language, social interaction, and behavioral regulation.

Cerebral Palsy

Stem cell therapy combined with intensive physiotherapy, targeting motor control, muscle tone, and cognitive functions across all CP subtypes.

Multiple Sclerosis

Immunomodulatory protocols designed to reduce relapse frequency, support myelin repair, and preserve neurological function over the long term.

Alzheimer's & Parkinson's

Individualized therapy plans aimed at slowing neurodegeneration, providing neurotrophic support, and maintaining independence in daily life activities.

Epilepsy

Anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective stem cell protocols for drug-resistant cases, targeting neural network instability at its source.

How It Works

Our four-stage journey — from remote assessment through your Istanbul program and ongoing follow-up — is personalized for every patient.

01
01

Remote Assessment

Your medical records, neuroimaging reports, and existing evaluations are reviewed by our specialist team. A suitability determination and personalized protocol recommendation are delivered within 5–7 business days.

02
02

Laboratory Preparation

Stem cells are prepared specifically for your protocol before your Istanbul program begins. Cell count, viability rate, and purity values are documented and shared with you as part of your therapy report.

03
03

Istanbul Program

Your on-site program (typically 7–14 days) includes intravenous and/or intrathecal application sessions, intensive physiotherapy and neurological rehabilitation, nutritional guidance, and daily clinical monitoring by our interdisciplinary team.

04
04

Remote Follow-Up

Structured follow-up consultations at months 1, 3, and 6 via video call, standardized neurological outcome assessments, and additional protocol recommendations are provided as your progress is tracked.
